1. Your service provider
Your contract is with NEXTED GROUP S.L., NIF B56576259, VAT ID ESB56576259, Calle Gregal, 8, Betera, Valencia, Spain 46117. MONEI is the selected payment provider; it does not replace NEXTED GROUP S.L. as the supplier of the Dr.CMO service.

2. Before you subscribe
The offer you accept identifies the included service, any usage limits, total price, currency, taxes, billing interval and whether renewal is automatic. Any trial, promotional period or minimum commitment must be shown before purchase. Do not authorise payment if those details are unclear.
No fixed price or billing interval is created by this policy. The amount and period are those expressly stated in your accepted order. Starting a website analysis on the landing page does not subscribe you to a paid plan.
3. Digital delivery and access
Dr.CMO is supplied online through your workspace. There are no physical goods, courier deliveries or shipping charges. The paid period and any activation time are specified in the offer you accept.
Successful payment and activation of the purchased workspace access are separate events. If you have been charged but cannot access the purchased service, contact us with your order reference and purchase email so that access can be provided or the payment reviewed under the Refund Policy.
A pending or failed transaction does not establish that a subscription has been paid. Keep your payment and order confirmations.
4. Renewal and changes
Automatic renewal applies only if you expressly accept it at purchase. Renewals follow the amount, interval and terms in that order until cancellation. Any change to the recurring price or material renewal terms must be communicated before it takes effect, with an opportunity to stop renewal.
If collection fails, payment retries and any effect on access are subject to the accepted order and the information provided to you. This policy does not create an undisclosed minimum commitment or authorise additional subscriptions.
5. How to cancel renewal
You can stop future renewals from Account & subscription on cmo.doctor. You can also email service@nextmba.com with the subject “Dr.CMO — cancel subscription”, the email used for purchase and your order or subscription reference. You may request cancellation at any time before the next scheduled renewal. Do not include full card details or passwords.
Cancellation takes effect for future renewals once your request is received; it does not depend on the date our support team replies. There is no cancellation fee. Unless you request immediate closure, access continues until the end of the period already paid for. We will confirm the cancellation and the applicable access end date.
If a renewal is collected after a timely cancellation request, contact us with that request’s date and payment reference so the charge can be corrected. A request received after a renewal does not automatically refund that completed charge; the Refund Policy applies.
Closing the website, clearing cookies or disconnecting WordPress does not cancel a subscription. Cancellation stops future renewal and is separate from a refund request or a privacy deletion request.
6. After paid access ends
Export materials you need before paid access ends. Availability of features after that date depends on any free access offered for your workspace. Personal-data retention and deletion requests are governed by the Privacy Policy.
